John Telfer was born in Scotland and migrated to the U.S.
from Jamaica in 1977. He is the founder and owner of Andrew’s
Refinishing. He has been in the business for over 25 years
and strives for excellence in all his ventures. In John’s
free time he enjoys playing competitive soccer and golf.
Lorna Telfer spent her first 27 years on the beautiful
island of Jamaica in the Caribbean. She moved to the U.S.
with John in 1977. She joined the business in 1986 and
has been partners ever since. Lorna is a very competitive
tennis and golf player. In her younger days she was the
Jamaican champion for 8 years and the Caribbean Tennis
Champion for 5 years.

Simon Telfer
Title: President
Born: Dallas, Texas
Simon Telfer was born and raised in Dallas. After graduating
from the University of Texas at Austin, he moved back
to Dallas to join the family business. He plans on taking
over the business when John and Lorna retire. In his free
time he enjoys playing lacrosse and even received the
title of All-American his senior year playing for Texas.
Other hobbies are, wakeboarding, rebuilding cars, playing
Texas hold’em, and any type of sport.

Jim Neal
Title: Senior Upholster
Born: Fairbanks, Alaska
Jim Neal was born in Alaska and moved to Texas
where he began his training in upholstery. With over 25
years of experience he is easily one of the best in the
business and loves his work. Jim joined the Andrew's Refinishing
team in 1993 and has been an important part of our organization.
In his free time, Jim enjoys shooting pool, sky diving,
and playing golf.
